Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, or supply our services are:

- Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information
Our normal retention schedule is as follows:
- Enquiries and our responses to them are retained for a maximum of 12 months before being deleted or anonymised.
- Requests for quotations and our quotations issued are retained for a maximum of 12 months before being deleted or anonymised.
- Video, still images and reports are retained for a maximum of 12 months before being deleted or anonymised.
- Flight plans are retained for a maximum of 12 months before being deleted or anonymised.
- Invoices for our services are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
On occasion we may seek your consent to use anonymised images / video from your survey, as a case study on our web site for example.
Who we share information with
We do not share your information with anyone else except in specific situations and with specific categories of third parties, as follows:
- Our Accountant (invoices and payments etc.)
- Our Insurers and / or Solicitors (only when required in the event of a claim or litigation).
